A Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Company

Quietly Powering America

For more than 60 years, MOC has focused on building one of America's largest privately held energy companies, not on making headlines.

We've never needed a press release to tell our story. Our people, our production, and our communities do that for us.

How We Work

Values In Practice

Integrity and humility aren't wall decor here. They show up in how people collaborate across departments, invest in the next generation, and give back to the towns where we work and live.

Collaboration

We work together - across every department.

The best ideas at MOC don't come from silos. Engineers, landmen, geologists, and operations teams collaborate daily. If you're here, your perspective counts - regardless of your title.

Development

We invest in people - from interns to veterans.

From a freshman intern's first summer to a senior engineer's 20th year, people at MOC are trusted, challenged, and given room to grow at every stage.

Community

We invest beyond the field - and beyond the job.

MOC employees volunteer, mentor, and give back in the communities where they live and work. The company matches that commitment with resources and time to make it happen.
